We had a great family vacation at Civitel Creta Beach, enjoying the welcoming atmosphere and safety measures in place during our stay. The kids had a blast at the pool and beach, and the food was generally tasty. However, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from our overall experience, particularly with the playground and some room conditions. Overall, we had a lovely time, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
